Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Returns

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at kimberly@pinetreecatholic.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
